Which payment options are available?

Can I cancel my order?

Are there any safety procedures I should follow?
Your VēDO toy should not be used if it has any visible damage. If your toy isn’t working or has abnormal functionality, turn it off immediately. Avoid using your purchase if you have any swelling, a rash on your skin or any other preexisting injuries.
How can I clean my VēDO toy?
Use a soft cloth, antibacterial soap and warm water to clean your toy before and after use. Ensure your VēDO toy dries completely before storing it in a cool, dry place until your next play session.
When cleaning a remote control, always remove batteries from the battery compartment before cleaning. Place the battery cap back on before cleaning.
Do not use any type of harmful solvents, such as alcohol or benzene which may damage the product. Do not place in a dishwasher or microwave.
What should I do if my toy doesn’t work?
USB rechargeable toys: Make sure your toy has been charged for the recommended time. Thoroughly read the instruction manual included with your toy. Rechargeable toys normally feature a light that flashes when charging and turns solid and constant once fully charged.
Why are all VēDO toys made of silicone?

Should I use lubricant with toys?
Using lubricant with sex toys is recommended for several reasons:

What does ‘100% phthalate free’ mean?
All VēDO products are 100% phthalate free. Phthalates are chemical plasticizers that are added to plastics to increase their flexibility. They are suspected of having carcinogenic and mutagenic effects on the skin and mucous membranes.
What does ‘RoHS-compliant’ mean?
All VēDO products are RoHS-compliant. The Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) is a European Union directive that restricts the use of hazardous materials (lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ether) in the manufacture of various types of electronic and electrical equipment.
